Casinos de Catalunya - quality and environmental policy Our mission is to be the company within the leisure sector who most excites and enthuses our customers. That means we aim to convince them to come back and to come back with their friends. What’s more, we aim to convert our occasional visitors into regular customers. It is our express wish to improve continuously in the development of our activities to offer the very best services to our customers within the firm commitment to ensure that the impact on the environment associated with our daily activity should be solved in the most manner which most respects the environment. To achieve these aims, the Management has established the following commitments: • Client oriented satisfaction. We understand as the Client any stakeholder, from the Customers, the Staff, the Shareholders, the Suppliers to Society in general. The “Client” is central to anything we do with the fundamental objective of ensuring their full satisfaction, guaranteeing they obtain the results they expect or hope for. • To promote the human element as the basic principle of quality and correct environmental management through adequate training, efficient communication, active participation and team work of all of those people who form part of Casinos de Catalunya. • To analyse and improve the working procedures by encouraging the implementation and development of new technologies, of innovation and of creativity increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our work, continuously controlling and minimising our impact on the surrounding environment. • To comply with the existing legislation applicable to all the different areas of business of the Casinos de Catalunya. • To review our quality and environmental policy (SGCMA) to ensure its validity and ongoing improvement. To regularly establish and assess quality objectives alongside environmental aims and objectives. The correct carrying out of these commitments is the responsibility of the Executive Vice-President and of the operating Management of each Casino, who are obliged to communicate, comply with and ensure their teams comply with this Policy as well as to evaluate it regularly to ensure, making whatever changes are necessary, the operability established in our SGCMA. |
