Reception and Promotion

Staff are responsible for welcoming visitors, admitting them to the Casino premises and permanently accepting them. These tasks include, among others, issuing entry cards or tickets, checking files, taking admission fees, face-checking, supplementary services (cloakrooms, telephones) and any other internal or external work relating to promoting, gaining and encouraging clients for the gaming rooms or events organised by the Casino. This also includes washroom attendants and the team of door staff and parking attendants. The former are responsible for making sure that all the washrooms are always clean and well-stocked to the highest standards, and the latter greet visitors and see them leave.
Cash desk
This personnel is responsible for managing the Casino accounts and, in particular, of checking, stocktaking, invoicing and payments, changing money and chips, monitoring all the games and slot and fruit machines, also ensuring that they operate and function correctly within the establishment, as well as relations with clients and visitors.
Croupiers
These are professionals who carry out, and if necessary control, either singly or in teams, all operations relating to gambling needed to start the game or games and see they are played through to the end according to the rules or procedure manuals and current legislation, ensuring that the client receives excellent treatment and the highest efficiency and security. Before joining the staff, they must attend the School for Croupiers to become perfectly acquainted with the rules of play and the various games held in the salon.
Valets
As with the croupiers, these are professionals also located in the Casinos. They carry out complementary duties within the gaming room, as requested by the Casino staff and clients.
